Bentley Oil Change Dubai
We drain the old oil while the engine is warm, so it carries more contaminants out. We then refill with the exact Bentley-approved synthetic grade and the correct quantity for your engine.
Bentley Oil Service Specialist · Dubai
We change it with Bentley approved synthetic oil and genuine filters, then check level, leaks and pressure before you drive away.
A Bentley W12 holds 12.5 litres of oil, more than three times a typical family car, and Dubai heat ages that oil much faster.
| Detail | What It Means for Your Bentley |
|---|---|
| Oil capacity | About 12.5 litres for the W12 and 8 litres for the V8 on the Continental GT and GTC |
| Oil type | Fully synthetic only, to the exact grade for your engine |
| 4.0 V8 specification | Bentley requires 5W-30 meeting VW 504 00/507 00 for the 4.0-litre V8 |
| Standard interval | Around 16,000 km (10,000 miles) or 12 months, whichever comes first |
| Dubai interval we recommend | Every 10,000 km or 12 months, because of heat and dust |
| Time needed | About 1–1.5 hours |
Most carmakers treat extreme heat, dust and stop-start traffic as “severe” driving conditions, and Dubai has all three. Summer temperatures in the UAE have reached 51.2°C in 2026, and engine bays run far hotter than that.
A common rule in lubrication engineering is that oil oxidation roughly doubles with every 10°C rise in oil temperature. Oxidised oil thickens, forms sludge and protects turbochargers and bearings less well. Fine desert dust adds wear when it slips past the air filter, so oil and filter quality matter more here than in Europe.
Oil also degrades with time, not just mileage. Even a Bentley that sits in a garage for months should have its oil changed at least once a year.
We drain the old oil while the engine is warm, so it carries more contaminants out. We then refill with the exact Bentley-approved synthetic grade and the correct quantity for your engine.
The oil filter traps metal particles, carbon and dirt before they reach bearings and turbos. We change it with every oil change, along with a new sump plug and sealing washer.
We fit genuine or OEM grade filters only, because a poor filter can restrict flow or let fine particles through. Each filter is matched to your engine: W12, V8, V8 Hybrid or classic 6.75-litre.
Newer Bentleys measure oil level electronically, while older models use a dipstick. We check the level after refilling and confirm the reading on the dashboard so it is correct.
With the undertray removed, we inspect the sump, filter housing, valve covers and turbo oil lines. Leaks caught early are cheaper to fix and protect hot exhaust parts from oil contamination.
Low oil pressure can damage bearings and turbochargers within minutes. We check for pressure warnings and stored fault codes, and test pressure with a gauge if any warning is present.
| Sign | What It Usually Means |
|---|---|
| Service or oil warning on the dash | Interval due or oil level low |
| Low oil level between services | Normal consumption, a leak or worn seals |
| Dark, gritty or thick oil | Oil has broken down and needs changing |
| Louder engine or ticking at start-up | Oil not protecting parts properly |
| Burning oil smell | Oil leaking onto hot exhaust or turbo parts |
| Oil spots under the car | Sump, filter or gasket leak |
Some oil use between changes is normal on high-performance engines, especially when new. Volkswagen Group engines, including Bentley’s, can use up to about 0.5 litres per 1,000 km and still be considered within normal limits, so regular level checks matter.
We warm the engine first so the oil flows freely and drains out completely. The car is then raised on a lift so technicians can work safely underneath it.
Bentleys have large aerodynamic undertrays that cover the sump plug and oil filter. We remove them carefully and check their clips and fixings for damage or wear.
The old oil drains out while we check it for metal particles, sludge or coolant contamination. Any unusual signs are photographed and noted in your report for further checks.
We fit a new genuine or OEM-grade oil filter and a fresh sump plug washer. Both are tightened to Bentley's torque specification to prevent leaks or thread damage.
We add the correct Bentley-approved oil grade in the exact quantity your engine needs. Every litre is measured, because overfilling or underfilling can both harm the engine.
We run the engine for a few minutes and check the filter and sump plug for leaks. Once the oil settles, we recheck the level and top up if needed.
We reset the service indicator with diagnostic software so your next service date is correct. You then receive a digital report with photos and notes on your engine's condition.
| Model | Engine | Approx. Oil Capacity | Oil Type |
|---|---|---|---|
Continental GT / GTC (2003–2017) | 6.0 W12 | 12.5 litres | Fully synthetic, Bentley-approved grade |
Continental GT / GTC | 4.0 V8 | 8 litres | 5W-30, VW 504 00/507 00 |
Flying Spur | 6.0 W12 | 12.5 litres | Fully synthetic, Bentley-approved grade |
Bentayga | W12, V8 or V8 Hybrid | Varies by engine | Bentley-approved specification |
Mulsanne / Arnage | 6.75 V8 | Around 9.4 litres (Arnage) | Bentley-approved synthetic |
Exact capacity varies by year and engine, so we confirm it for your car before every refill.
Our technicians know the exact oil grade, capacity and filter for every Bentley engine. This means your W12, V8 or Hybrid always gets precisely what Bentley intended.
We use only oils that meet Bentley's specification, never a one-size-fits-all product. The right grade protects turbochargers and bearings, especially in Dubai's extreme summer heat.
Every visit includes a leak inspection, pressure check, diagnostic scan and multi-point check. Small issues are spotted early, before they turn into costly engine repairs.
You get a fixed quote before we start, with no hidden extras added later. The price you approve is the price you pay, with every item clearly listed.
We collect your Bentley from your home or office anywhere in Dubai. Most oil changes are completed and returned to you on the same day.
Every oil change is backed by our written warranty for complete peace of mind. If a covered issue appears, we inspect and fix it at no extra cost.

+971 50 000 0000Bentley’s standard interval is around 16,000 km or 12 months, whichever comes first. In Dubai’s heat and dust, we recommend every 10,000 km or 12 months to keep the engine and turbochargers fully protected.
Bentleys use fully synthetic oil only, and the grade depends on the engine. For example, Bentley requires 5W-30 to VW 504 00/507 00 for the 4.0 V8, while W12 engines use their own approved grade.
A W12 Continental GT or Flying Spur takes about 12.5 litres, and a V8 Continental GT about 8 litres. Exact capacity varies by model and year, so we confirm it before refilling.
Yes. Oil degrades with time and moisture even when the car is parked. Change it at least once a year, even if you have driven very little.
Some use is normal, especially on new engines during running-in. If you top up often, or see smoke or leaks, book an oil leak inspection to rule out a problem.
A Bentley needs much more oil, often 8–12.5 litres of high-specification synthetic, plus genuine filters. The large undertrays also take extra time to remove and refit.
Usually about 1 to 1.5 hours, including leak, level and pressure checks. With free pickup and delivery, your Bentley is normally back with you the same day.
Yes. We reset the service interval indicator with diagnostic software, so your dashboard shows the correct next service date.
